Bug Description
bileto should keep track of all the actions performed by the user from the UI, including status changes and who, when and what action are performed in order to understand how things happened and find the right people when needed.
Use cases:
- Wrong action on a silo (publish or delete the silo of your neighbour)
- Landing without the right states (publication with qa failed or not qa-ed)
- Status changes: marked ready for QA, who signed it off, ....
