Cleanup code: hide company name to the user

- Search and clean 'igi sw' occurrences in the repository;
- [igiLogo] Remove splash screen from desktop version:
  - Remove forms;
  - Remove company picture from code;
  - Search and clean 'thumb' occurrencies in the repository;
  - Remove company name from User Manuals (desktop and mobile);
  - Remove Splash Screen setting description from User Manuals (desktop)
  - Remove 'Logo' functions from module;
  - Rename module folder name and incorporate in bzr and git;
  - Search and clean 'igilogo' occurrences in the repository;
  - Search and clean 'splash' occurrences in the repository;
- [ombOpt] Remove "Show Splash Screen" Option;
  - from Option form;
  - from omb33opt --> omb34opt
  - from GSetting scheme (linux desktop);
  - from INI scheme (legacy linux desktop);
  - from Registry scheme (MSW desktop)
