ubuntu-dev-tools maintainer doesn't want errno in the package

Bug Description
Please add errno tool from ubuntu-dev-tools. The tool doesn't belong to ubuntu-dev-tools. bikeshed is a better place for it.

The errno(1) utility is a useful resource to users and developers when trying to track down an error number/ name/descriptio n. See: manpages. ubuntu. com/manpages/ maverick/ en/man1/ errno.1. html

It depends on headers= "/usr/include/ asm-generic/ errno*. h", so the tool is somewhat kernel related.
Currently, errno is in the ubuntu-dev-tools package, but the maintainer of that package unfortunately doesn't want it there.
Talking to apw in IRC, he suggested that the linux-tools package might be able to take it over. That would be great. Assigning this bug to apw, as he requested. Let me know what you need, Andy.
