Bug Description
Heres a picture of a layout I've made... not sure I like it the task window much but that should be a pop out box like the news tab.

We don't have apps as separate tasks. They are divs that hide and show. Your middle window would be pointless as all apps are already in memory. But a news app or widget would be handy.
