Broken microlibrary-data layout when content heigth is brief

This is a CSS problem (when map is activated) .

When we don't have any description for the library informations ( section.microlibrary-data p ), the map block has got a bad width, and the #bookshelves block go up into the map block.

To make a test, just delete the content of section.microlibrary-data p or use the Noil library.

Temporary solution is to put some arbitrary content (Lorem Ipsum) for accounts without description, but this is only a patch.
