Date format (as in revisions and birthdates) is not easily human readable

Date format as 200908120830 is not easily readable and should be changed at least to
2009-08-12 8:30 to be easier to read and recognize as a date in the first place. Even better would be an internationalized version, displaying the date according to user set calendars - though that last part may be quite difficult to implement.
