Bug Description
Excel wraps cell data that contains a comma literal in double quotes,
e.g
Data headers: prénom, nom, école, équipe, age
Lucy, Smith, "Chatelherault Primary, S. Lanarks.", FiF Hamilton, 9
BellePoule ignores the double quotes and imports the data using the delimited (escaped) comma as a CSV delimiter.
Intended result:
prénom: Lucy
nom: Smith
école: Chatelherault Primary, S. Lanarks.
équipe: FiF Hamilton
age: 9
actual result:
prénom: Lucy
nom: Smith
école: Chatelherault Primary
équipe: S. Lanarks.
age: FiF Hamilton
