The sniffer should reconnect to the analyser if the connection is lost

Bug Description
If the analyser is stopped, the sniffer will just ignore the errors from send() and continue to do its job, without actually send any information to the node. Instead if send() fails, it should try to establish a new connection with the server every so often (without queuing the sniffed requests).
