Marked the roster add/removal bug as duplicate of this one, I think it's basically the same.

It's something like late buddy actions after direct calls, or similar.

this is a simple buddy action, with none members

the other is people actually get removed full and re added fully by rosterupdate ignoring the fast that they just left or joined org
which to me simple seams like its using xml roster and ignoring the recent event

Removed the duplicate status.

And fixed this bug, was caused by double removal of the user.

inc_buddy() removes all chars not on notify, and the buddy handler inside the Is.php does the same. Even though only chars not on notify can end handled in there.

Fixed with release #22 for trunk and #6 for 0.6.
