0.6.4-dev !is only works once for non-guild members

As of 0.6.4-dev revision 53 you can only issue an !is for a non-guild member once (works fine repeatedly for guild members). The second time !is reports offline even if they're online:

From the console log it looks like the problem is possibly because it's trying to buddy-add the character and they're already in the buddylist from the first !is command. !buddylist doesn't show 'Jibade' at all though...
