Bug Description
When deleting someone from a bot the message logged to the console by the security module is incorrect:
MY_BOT [2009-06-21 11:52:36] [TELL] [INC] ME: !deluser SOMEONE
MY_BOT [2009-06-21 11:52:36] [BUDDY] [BUDDY-DEL] SOMEONE
MY_BOT [2009-06-21 11:52:36] [SECURITY] [DELUSER] ME SOMEONE has been removed from <botname>.
MY_BOT [2009-06-21 11:52:36] [TELL] [OUT] -> ME: SOMEONE has been removed from MY_BOT.
States 'removed from <botname>' rather than doing the substitution for the actual bot name.
