Bug Description installs bs4/doc directory as /usr/lib/pythonX.Y/site-packages/bs4/doc, but it shouldn't. This directory should be moved to top-level directory to avoid installation. site-packages is for Python modules, not Makefile, images etc.

Can you recommend a solution that will solve both this bug and I'm not skilled at distutils and putting the doc/ directory in the source was the only way I could get to include it.

Sources of documentation shouldn't be installed. Building of documentation requires Sphinx. Building of documentation should occur only after user has explicitly requested it (e.g. using `make html`). Different operating systems / distributions have different policies about where HTML documentation should be installed.

By listing the doc/ directory in instead of, I was able to get the documentation included in the tarball without making install it.
