Bug Description
The pages at http://
<!–[if IE]><![endif]–>
That is, the two comment hyphens are replaced by an en-dash.
The pages work in browsers, but BeautifulSoup fails to parse them.

Beautiful Soup 4 delegates to external parsers, most of which can handle comments like this.
