Missing LICENSE file in pypi .tar.gz

Bug Description

I am bundling up a Python app that I made with PyInstaller, and I have a script that downloads all the dependencies and includes their license files. However, this relies on the license files being in the .tar.gz bundle uploaded to PyPi. Could you please update the MANIFEST.in to include LICENSE? It would be simply another line that says:

include LICENSE

Thanks!
