Bug Description

User's metadata tags can often be incorrect. Users should be able to fix this easily with a metadata tag fixing tool.

A problem I can see with this is it could possibly mess up already correct tags. for example, if we were to depend on the track # to change the song's title to the correct title, what if the track # is wrong? or, the other way, if we depend on the title to fix the track #, what if the title is wrong? it gets very dirty very quickly.
