Bug Description
This bug is a little difficult to explain, so I am just going to give a hypothetical situation:
The user selects "Philip Glass" in the artist pane. The user then proceeds to select "Hours" in the album pane. The user then proceeds to select "Vivaldi" instead of "Philip Glass". Now, while "Vivaldi" is selected, the album pane shows only one album: "Hours", which is actually by "Philip Glass", but is now labeled as being by "Vivaldi". Beatbox also shows that the album does not have any songs. In order to show the real albums by "Vivaldi", the user must select "All Albums".
This is a legitimate bug that prevents users from properly using, and often even understanding how the filterpane works, and thus should be given a high priority.

What if...
The user selects "Philip Glass" in the artist pane. The user then proceeds to select "Hours" in the album pane. The user then proceeds to select "Vivaldi" instead of "Philip Glass". BeatBox deselects the album "Hours," and selects the artist "Vivaldi." Now, while "Vivaldi" is selected, the album pane shows the albums that are indeed by that artist.
If the user goes back and forth between them, what they choose last should always be given precedence, and it it conflicts with a previous selection, that previous selection should be undone. I believe this may be how other players work, but even if not, it's the most logical in my opinion.
