a baz-import problem

Bug Description
bzr import fails to import our archive (see the attachment for logs). You can try the import by yourself by mirroring the mirror:
tla register-archive <email address hidden> http://
tla make-archive --listing --mirror-from <email address hidden> ~/hipl
tla archive-mirror <email address hidden>
