make search drop-down list 'run' after select

Bug Description
Currently, if one selects a previous search term from drop-down list, one then has to hit the 'search' icon to refresh results.
Would be smoother if the list had a command that 'on update, re-run query'... My Access db Form design is a bit rusty and entirely out of character here, but I think such options are available for listboxes as part of their general settings??
If I type a new search term and hit 'enter' it works (i.e. results show without needing to hit 'search' icon) so use same command that's currently there for 'on-enter'?
