Bug Description

Need a way to change plants in bulk. e.g. if we want to add say 15 new plants to an accession we shouldn't have to create each one seperately.

Should also be able to change column values on plants in bulk. e.g. to change the status or location of the plant.

Try to share the GUI between bulk and individual plant edits as much as possible.

This was scrapped since Plants became more complicated with change tracking and propagation records. It might still be worthwhile to create a bulk plant creator tool that doesn't share an interface with the PlantEditor.
