add error message to status when adding a problem

When calling GenericEditorViewPresenter.add_problem we should give the option of adding an error desription to the status bar.

It would have to be a queue of some sort so that we could remove the messages when the problem is resolved but push on the next message if there is more than one problem in the editor.

We would either have to add status bars to the editors or create some sort of drop down message bar ala Firefox.
