Bug Description
When trying to create a new basket (ctrl+n) the configuration window that appears for entering title etc. is too large for the actual screen size.
It is not possible to resize window to make it smaller, only to enlarge it. In order to proceed and click the OK button, the window needs to be moved around.

Have a slightly different problem in 18.04, window width isn't the problem, it's the height. When attempting to create a new basket, the dialog window is too big vertically. The top where the text needs to be entered to name the new basket is hidden behind the top bar. Using Alt-F8, Alt & mouse drag or Alt-Space allows resizing of the horizontal width from its default (fairly wide) size to the full width of the screen and vice versa, but the height cannot be changed. Needed to "killall basket" to get the screen back.
