Make BaShare's code more international

In order to potentially interest additional developers, we should have the source code as international as possible.

We need to have:
- Function names in English
- Variable names in English
- Comments in English

This will help lower the difficulty of starting to work on the project.

Guido, you are the best person do take care of this, as you have written the strings in Italian.

I think that this doesn't have a very high priority, but it should definitely be fixed soon.

Guido, what about that? Which commit fixed this?
The idea is like having variable names, class names etc. in English...
I don't think that it's the case, right?

Aee comment #2, this has not been fixed yet. As stated in the bug report, this will be fixed when:
- Function names in English
- Variable names in English
- Comments in English

Things like "Impostazioni.class" etc. are not international, and might block future developers of joining the project.

Another example of non-international file is ./README:

The readme should be written in English.
