Bug Description

Unable to find the barbican-api service after installing packages mentioned in the docs for ubuntu 16.04
(# apt-get update
 # apt-get install barbican-api barbican-keystone-listener barbican-worker)
only 2 barbican services are present barbican-keystone-listener and barbican-worker
