Wrong table name in alembic version

There was a revision added,d2780d5aa510_change_url_length.py, to change the default length for a variable from 500 to 255 because the length is not suppose to exceed 255. However, when running alembic migration the migration fails because the table name is wrong and needs to be changed.

    Change Table name to correct name

    The table name is currently wrong in this version and needs to
    be changed to the correct name. It is preventing the database
    migration script from running correctly.
