Bug Description

There are several scripts in the bin/ directory, some of these have been marked as deprecated. It would be convenient for end-users ,and packagers, if there were a nice way to produce a runner script similar to the deprecated barbican-all. These scripts could be created in a python module and exposed through the setuptools entry_points for console_scripts.

I believe this bug was solved when the uwsgi feature was implemented. Barbican now provides "barbican-wsgi-api" entrypoint to start barbican api service.
