Bug Description
As agreed during the Kilo cycle, Barbican will not be using media types for format conversion. The only allowed media types are:
application/
text/plain
Any other media types should be removed.

I was able to upload and retrieve a certificate using "application/ octet-stream" as the content-type and "certificate" as the secret type.
Since "application/pkix" is not required for the workflow, I'm lowering the severity of this bug.
