Bug Description

Change https://review.openstack.org/#/c/87405/ added the following line:

https://github.com/openstack/barbican/blame/master/barbican/plugin/store_crypto.py#L170

KeyAlgorithm has no such method:

https://github.com/openstack/barbican/blob/master/barbican/plugin/interface/secret_store.py#L170

At least in my local testing, this causes all Orders to go to status ERROR.
