Bug Description
The bantracker could help further in tracking abuse if it were possible for operators to link an action with another, a link between two actions signifying that the same user is involved, even though the nicknames and usermarks may be different, and some actions only list one and some only the other (kicks vs bans).
A link could be created automatically by the bot if it detects a 'kickban', that is a rapid sequence of action (often remove/kick followed by ban, or viceversa) involving the same user.
Links could be accessed on the website from a "Related actions" weblink that would present a page listing all actions directly or indirectly related with the one concerned.
The search feature could (optionally) include linked actions, rather than just direct hits, among the results.
It might be worth considering whether:
- the 'kickban detection' feature would be better implemented as part of the 'links' structures, as proposed, or separately
- if it is implemented separately, 'links' would still be useful and worth implementing, or could be avoided in favor of searchable comments

A possibility that the implementation of this would open is that of making links "private", i.e. only visible to authenticated users.
This would help to avoid giving away information that deliberate attackers could conceivably exploit to their advantage, while preserving the general "openness" of the bantracker, and especially of comments.
