plugin general_hardcoded_tmp doesn't test other common tmp locations

Bug Description

Currently the plugin general_hardcoded_tmp.py has a check for "/tmp", but other common locations for tmp files are /var/tmp and /dev/shm . This test should be expanded to include these locations.
