Bug Description
What I expect:
When I open one or multiple windows of LibreOffice Calc, all windows are allocated to the one existing Icon of Calc in the Launcher.
Reproducing the bug:
Opening a new window of Calc by clicking on the Calc-icon in the Launcher (either clicking on the icon or right click > New Spreadsheet) creates another Calc-icon in the Launcher. The double Calc-icon is always located right above the Desktop-Switcher (see Screenshot).
It is not foreseeable, when Unity actually creates this second icon of Calc within the Launcher. Sometimes this double icon is created after only a few clicks on the original Launcher icon of Calc, sometimes this bug appears after a dozen clicks on the original Launcher icon of Calc.
Notes:
- First I noticed this bug in my new installation of Ubuntu 12.10. But I can reproduce this bug using the *vanilla Live-USB-Stick* of Ubuntu 12.10 64 Bit !!
- In my uploaded Screenshot, I manually deleted the icons of "Ubuntu One", "Ubuntu Music" and "Amazon" just for a better look at the screenshot. Believe me, it's a screenshot from the *vanilla Live-USB-Stick* !!
- This bug also applies to the Launcher-Icon of LO Writer.
- I use Ubuntu 12.10 64 Bit (Unity-Package 6.8.0-0ubuntu2; Compiz 1:0.9.8.

Same issue here. I had this before where it helped unlocking writer, calc etc from the launcher, starting them and locking them to the launcher again. However, since last update (currently on LibreOffice 4.1.0.4 on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit) that workaround does not work any more.
What I found out:
When I open a .doc file then the icon is grouped (so just one icon), if I open a .odt I get a second one. So somehow this depends on mimetype and/or extension of the opened file. .docx also produces a second icon.
