Bug Description
1. get Sublime Text 2 from http://
2. install it
3. launch it
4. lock it in Launcher
5. close it
Expected Results: Sublime Text 2 remains locked in launcher
Actual Results: Sublime Text 2 isn't locked in launcher any longer
Additional Comments: it's laborious to create a .desktop file for Sublime Text 2, an other for Instantbird 1, yet an other for Firefox 13 Beta etc, because the inside of a typical .desktop file is long

Newer unity versions fix this issue creating at run-time a desktop file in case it is missing. Marking ad invalid.
