theme doesn't set wallpaper

Bug Description
The theme "bamboo-zen", when selected, doesn't suggest a wallpaper, as all other themes do. In fact, the bamboo-zen wallpaper doesn't even show up in the "Backgrounds" panel, even though the file "Bamboo-Zen.jpg" is in /usr/share/
I am using Ubuntu 9.04 (32-bit), installed the themes from ppa with "apt-get install bisigi-themes".
