Message in GUI installer talks about apt and sources.list

Bug Description
Using the GUI installer, if there's no internet connection, a message is displayed saying that the installer couldn't access the security repository. It says that the repository has been added to the sources.list file commented out.
This seems inappropriately technical for what's supposed to be the easy GUI installer. Wouldn't it be better to tell the user to go into Synaptic (rather than into /etc/apt/
