/usr/share/aspell/lt.cwl.gz not compressed optimally

Bug Description
Binary package hint: aspell-lt
The file /usr/share/
The original file was 203328 bytes. But when I do a:
zcat lt.cwl.gz | precat | prezip -s -c | gzip -9 -c > lt.cwl.gz.new
the new file is 181037 bytes which is 89% the size of the original.

Mantas, why you decided, that it's:
1) *still* the problem? (AFAICS proc.pl sets C locale, so it's not kind of a sorting problem);
2) problem/bug of ispell-lt? (AFAIK ispell-lt doesn't produce and distribute lt.cwl.gz).
Seems, like someone who compresses lt.cwl should add -9 to gzip ... :-)
