Bug Description
Binary package hint: fast-user-
Ubuntu 8.10 RC
fast-user-
Two problems here:
First I see shutdown/restart options while in guest session mode, screenshot attached.
steps to reproduce:
1) Login to desktop with normal user
2) Select to start guest session
3) Switch back to normal user selecting from applet that user
4) Switch to guest again
5) Select shutdown/restart from appeared in applet (they should not be there).
Crashes the session, and gives you an option to enter normal user password to return.
After that, you'll see two options in applets: "guest" (assuming that session is still active) and "guest session" to start a new one.
Above mentioned crash (crash in guest session trying to restart/shutdown) makes the session "active", and not deleted from hard drive.
