Same error on Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty" (cclive ver. 0.7.0.1-1):

~/ $ cclive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZEWSLO_42w
Checking ... ......... libquvi: error: /usr/share/quvi/lua/website/youtube.lua:117: no match: fmt_url_map

Btw, cclive doesn't work on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid" too, see bug #619011

Maybe cclive package should be removed from Ubuntu if there are no working package in any supported Ubuntu version?

I found one, very nice youtube downloader ClipGrab - this download utility is very easy to use and works without problems, see bug #282507 ([needs-packaging] ClipGrab)

Hi,

haven't found a way to fix it but to upgrade libquvi and cclive (to 0.7.8-1). Not hard by using mogaal's github for libquvi and cclive downloaded from sourceforge.

Building the package is not that hard, but I guess it's out of the scope of this bug. Kinda annoying to upgrade several libraries just because something got broken in the middle.
