I just noticed that you want it in the thunderbird-stable PPA. I'll push it there after a week of testing in the devel release.

  Yes, sorry, about the status. Yes, Thunderbird and its locales are
done, but there's an upgrade dependency issue that needs to be fixed
before uploading. Enigmail should be done tonight. I'm hoping to have
it ready for upload either this weekend or early next week.
