Add official Dell manufacturer's BIOS and software repositories (ppa:dell-team/ppa and http://linux.dell.com/repo cross-distro dell-firmware) into baltix-default-settings package

Please add official Dell manufacturer's BIOS firmware and software repositories (see bellow) into baltix-default-settings package (disabled by default):

deb http://linux.dell.com/repo cross-distro dell-firmware

deb http://linux.dell.com/repo hardy dell-software (or "http://linux.dell.com/repo karmic dell-software" for Baltix 9.10)

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/dell-team/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main (or ppa:dell-team/ppa for Baltix 9.10 and later, see https://launchpad.net/~dell-team/+archive for more info)

These repositories contains BIOS firmware updates and fixes for for Dell laptops, desktops, servers, video cards and other hardware, also drivers, Recovery Media Creation tool and other software from Dell team. Look at "dell-firmware-repository" and "dell-software-repository" packages from http://linux.dell.com/repo/dists/intrepid/dell-software/binary-i386/ (linux.dell.com/repo/dists/jaunty and linux.dell.com/repo/dists/karmic were empty at 2010 February).

Also it would be wise to install dell-repository-keys and dell-team-keyring packages as default in Baltix.
