Bug Description

UbuntuLite does not currently include any GUI configuration utilities. Eventually this will be a barrier-to-entry for novice and international users.

I'm developing some Ubuntu-based distributions (named Baltix, see http://launchpad.net/baltix ) and one of these is "Light" distro with LXDE, named Baltix-mini-Desktop.
I'm using these GUI configuration utilities in Baltix-mini-Desktop:

gkdebconf and configure-debian;
displayconfig-gtk;
gtk-theme-switch (I'm suggesting to use gtk-theme-switch2 version from Baltix repository or from Ubuntu Intrepid);
system-config-printer;
gnome-system-tools (they don't have dependancies on gnome);
update-manager;
software-properties-gtk;
+some other GUI and CLI tools :)

Here is preliminary list of packages in my Ubuntu-based "light" distro:
ftp://ftp.akl.lt/Linux/Baltix/Baltix-Ubuntu-packages/baltix-3.x/baltix-meta-packages/mini-desktop-i386

Final list of packages of "Light Desktop + School Server" distribution is here - ftp://ftp.akl.lt/Linux/Baltix/Server/filesystem.manifest

displayconfig-gtk is obsolete and if I remember it right, it changes xorg.conf to make changes.
