Please sync modem-manager-gui 0.0.17.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
I'd like to get this updated version of modem-manager-gui, which now includes a debug package, into the archive.
It should assist with diagnosing crashes such as in LP: #1351814 and Debian bug #764693. In fact, they might not even occur in this updated version. I missed a license in d/copyright (see Debian bug #765574) so I will be uploading 0.0.17.1-2 soon, and that will be the version I would like to sync. I just wanted to start the FFe process as soon as possible.

I must add modem-manager-gui to ubuntu-defaults-baltix recommends or baltix-network (or baltix-standard) recommends, because ver. 0.0.17.1-2 is already backported to Ubuntu and Baltix 14.04 LTS, see bug LP: #1385821
