Pass --gresources to valac when building resources

Bug Description

valac expects --gresources <filename> so it can check for resources.
it throws:

error: UI resource not found: `/path/to/file'. Please make sure to specify the proper GResources xml files with --gresources.

It should be doing this - can you give a test case and see what is being run with bake --verbose?

I've wrote a simple test case and --gresources is passed to valac, I'll see what's wrong with my project.
