Bug Description

Files of 0 bytes seem to defeat BIT. A particular culprit seems to be TVBrowser:

[E] Error: rsync: send_files failed to open "/home/user/.tvbrowser/2.7.6/java.programinfo.ProgramInfo.prop": Input/output error (5)
[E] Error: rsync: send_files failed to open "/home/user/.tvbrowser/2.7.6/java.searchplugin.SearchPlugin.dat": Input/output error (5)
[E] Error: rsync: send_files failed to open "/home/user/.tvbrowser/2.7.6/settings.prop_backup2": Input/output error (5)
