Bug Description

As requested here (https://answers.launchpad.net/backintime/+question/151846) it would be nice for the last backup in a given set to always have a static folder one can point to.

For example for sharing the folder on the network or other similar use.

You can use user-callback to make a symbolic link to the last snapshot: http://backintime.le-web.org/documentation/usercallback/
