crash when last dir contains "#"

Bug Description

when the "gnome.last_path=" contains "#" the app crash

my last dir found in the config file was:
gnome.last_path=/Storage/VMs/#VDI

and the exit error:

TypeError: value is of wrong type for this column

I've tried the # in a folder name issue and did not get a crash.

This bug does look like another however.
