Bug Description

Hello,

it would be nice if BackInTIme would report its backup/restore progress in a progress bar and in main window's status bar.

The launcher icon could be overlayed with a progress indicator while running, like deja-dup for example.

I would like to have this, too. But rsync does not yet provide any reliable progress informations.
The next rsync version 3.0.10 is planed with '--info=progress2' which will be useful but until that version is released and is used in common distributions there is no way to implement this in BIT.
