Bug Description

Binary package hint: azureus

Azureus works fine, but I set max upload speed at 10K, the limit appears at right of upload speed in status bar, but the speed ups to 30 - 40 KB/s ignoring my limit, it has happened me with azureus, azureus-gcj and azureus downloaded from azureus.sf.net.

I'm using jre 1.6.0 (Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b105))
And it happends since I've upgraded to feisty 7.04 from Edgy Eft.

I haven't found information about it.

I've installed sun-java6-jre and downloaded azureus from homepage and it's working fine now.

I think the problem may be in gcj libs.

It's not a bug, it's a feature.
Disabling LAN speed limits Azureus will work as usual.

Sorry for the bug report when it wasn't a bug.
