Move Window to Workspaxe x no longer works

Bug Description
I have Alt x set for each "Move window to workspace x" for workspaces 1-9.
But when I use them, a window may or may not move, and when it does it often goes to the wrong workspace.
Also, unlike the previous behaviour, it sometimes takes me to the workspace as well, when all I really want to do is send the window there.
If I log into "Ubuntu Classic" it works fine.
