Bug Description
(I'm not sure that this bug report belongs to Dbus Menu.)
Currently, Orca just says "menu" for most of the indicator menus. This is a bad thing. I've just specified the accessible name for all the system status menus, but application developers are likely to forget.
I think it would be appropriate to insist that if a menu's title has no text, it must have an accessible name.

isn't that the path to developing an ontology for the indicator menus?
dbus already uses namespaces, so we're already in a semantic realm here.
Is anybody working on an ontology here already?
