scroll overlays disable right click in synaptic

when using synaptic, if I select a package with a right click and then I touch the horizontal scroll overlay, I cannot rightclick on synaptic anymore.
I use 11.04 amd64 I just installed it today from a daily build and i have already applied all the updates.
I use an nvidia gt430 card
I am using the classic desktop

OK, it happens also if using Unity.
But sometimes it doesn't "locks" at the first attempt: you've gotta select five or six times so it happens.
It's not the mouse, because I can move it and click on file>quit but not on the apply button.

I attribute it to the scrolls because of I am carefoul not to touch it the issue doesn't occur.

in this branch lp:~cimi/ayatana-scrollbar/blacklist-vinagre-unwhitelist-synaptic I'll remove the whitelist option for synaptic. so only the braves will discover this issue :-) It won't be visible by default.
In the meanwhile, I'll try to see why we have this, if there's a way to fix that, and if negative I'll simply blacklist synaptic

I think we need to re-test if this problem still happens. Synaptic has changed, and it's now a GTK+3 app.
