update example folder - add default apps shortcuts list

The “Example” folder didn't change much over the last Ubuntu iterations, and contains files that are not really useful (IMHO) and take precious space.

Replacement:
Some days ago, I started a collaborative collection of Ubuntu 12.04 default applications keyboard shortcuts on Google Docs with the goal to create a filterable LibreOffice Calc file and to submit it for inclusion in the 12.04 example folder.

Reason:
The idea of the “Ubuntu Free Culture Showcase” is nice, but if I can choose between a 3 MB big song or a couple of useful documents, I choose – as you may expect – the documents.

Conclusion:
The shortcut list could be useful to a lot of people through the next five years – I think the list is worth adding to the Ubuntu 12.04 CD.
